Position: Food Safety Sanitation Supervisor Role

In this pivotal role, you will supervise sanitation crews, coach your team, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Train and lead sanitation crews in best practices

• Order and maintain sanitation supplies and chemicals

• Participate in CFIA audits with corrective actions

• Organize weekly meetings and maintain performance reports

• Ensure adherence to HACCP policies and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and resolve conflicts

• Familiarity with WHMIS and food safety

• Technical diploma preferred; experience in meat processing is an asset
