Farmer’s Fresh Mushrooms is seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor for its Abbotsford and Langley locations. This permanent position involves supervising farm workers, training them on safety and operational procedures, and managing daily mushroom cultivation and harvesting. You will also be responsible for operational reporting and maintaining farm equipment for smoother production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers

• Train staff on farm duties and safety procedures

• Monitor mushroom substrate preparation steps

• Oversee daily mushroom cultivation and harvesting

• Maintain production records and report issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years related experience preferred

• Loader certification is preferred

• Basic mathematical skills are an asset

• Ability to lift heavy loads

• Handle working in outdoor conditions
