R&D Baker at Silver Hills

As an R&D Baker, you'll be partnered with the R&D and Operations teams, engaging in product formulation and bake testing. This role requires a Journeyman Baker with experience in commercial baking or food production. You will explore the science behind our unique sprouting processes while refining your skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate new products to meet quality and sensory goals

• Supervise production batch testing for validation

• Provide essential support to the production team

• Maintain detailed records of formulations and processes

• Contribute to product commercialization efforts

Requirements:

• Journeyman Baker or Red Seal designation

• Proven experience in commercial baking environments

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of natural food ingredients

• Creativity in solving baking challenges
