Position: Skilled Welder for Afternoon Shift
Join OMI as a Skilled Welder and enjoy a stable afternoon shift focused on consistent production. This role requires reliability and attention to detail in a hands-on work environment.

We are looking for a MIG and TIG Welder with at least 2 years of experience to work Monday to Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM. You’ll be responsible for welding and assembling metal parts while ensuring quality and consistency. Familiarity with shop drawings is crucial for success in this role and will contribute to our steady production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components

• Maintain consistent quality throughout production

• Read and interpret shop drawings accurately

• Collaborate with other welders during shifts

• Follow health and safety guidelines in all tasks

Requirements:

• 2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience

• Strong reading comprehension of shop drawings

• Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques

• Robotic welding knowledge is advantageous
