Efficient Operator

Position: Efficient Operator 3 Role
Step into the Operator 3 role, reporting directly to the Production Manager. Focus on product inventory and maintaining safety practices in a meticulous manner.

As an Operator 3, you will oversee the receiving and storage of products from various suppliers, ensuring compliance with all safety and biosecurity protocols. This position necessitates a strong understanding of safety regulations, as well as an individual who can work independently while contributing to team success. Your responsibility extends to keeping inventory levels optimal and executing necessary cleaning routines at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage efficient storage of products and inventory

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks

• Fill minor and micro bins as required

• Notify manager about low inventory levels swiftly

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education essential

• Forklift certification must be obtained within 3 months

• Feed mill experience is advantageous

• Good command of English and interpersonal skills

• Capable of performing minor repairs and maintenance
