Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety procedures to ensure accident-free operations

• Operate machinery like lathe, mill, and drill safely

• Maintain tidy work area and equipment during shifts

• Ensure parts meet quality standards before QC handoff

• Meet or exceed standard cycle times for efficiencies

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repetitively

• Reliable, pleasant demeanor with a strong work ethic

• Proficient in following English directions

• Willingness to undergo training as required

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
