Production Line Worker (General Labourer and Entry Level Welder

Overlanders Manufacturing is looking to hire a full-time General Labourer to work on our production line.

This is a repetitive job, requiring self-monitoring to achieve goals. Some duties may include welding
, riveting, tapping, pemming, deburring, and product assembling using basic hand tools. Experience in a production setting is an asset but not a requirement. The successful candidates should have good dexterity, a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new skills.

• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. repetitively.
• You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained.
• Ability to follow English written and spoken directions.
• Basic welding experience is an asset.

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday. 6:00am - 2:15pm (40 hours per week)
