This role involves direct supervision of farm staff, coordinating harvesting efforts, and monitoring production schedules. Ideal candidates will have prior agricultural experience and a physical capability to manage farm duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide farm workers in daily activities

• Conduct training in safety practices and farm operations

• Oversee mushroom production processes and substrate prep

• Develop and implement work shifts effectively

• Maintain and repair farm equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Preferably two years of supervisory experience

• Must handle heavy lifting and outdoor conditions
