WHITE CAP MUSHROOM FARM is seeking 16 motivated individuals for permanent employment. As a Harvesting Labourer, you will harvest crops, maintain clean work areas, and sort and pack harvested products. This role requires physical stamina as it includes heavy lifting and repetitive tasks in a busy environment, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Harvest vegetables by hand for quality assurance
• Pick crops from rows and orchards diligently
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipping
• Load and unload various farm supplies
Requirements:
• Strong command of the English language
• No degree or certifications needed
• Reliable and team-oriented candidates preferred
• Physically fit for demanding tasks
• Willing to work standing and perform repetitive tasks
