Become a vital part of Overlanders Manufacturing as a Powder Coater in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position emphasizes high-quality coatings and meticulous inspections.
At Overlanders, recognized for our precision sheet metal work, you will prepare and coat materials to create a visually appealing finish while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ideally, you have experience in manufacturing or a related field, focusing on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate spray guns and curing ovens safely and effectively
• Apply powder coatings according to specific production schedules
• Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and rectify as needed
• Load and move materials throughout the coating process
• Follow health and safety protocols, including PPE usage
Requirements:
• Experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
• Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment
• Attention to quality and detail in all tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable team member with effective communication skills
