With over 45 years in the industry, Overlanders Manufacturing needs a Powder Coater dedicated to producing exceptional finishes while supporting production goals. Previous experience in powder coating or related manufacturing is an asset, along with detail-oriented work and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and safely operate coating equipment
• Apply and monitor powder coatings to meet quality requirements
• Inspect parts for defects and perform touch-ups as required
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization according to standards
• Conduct routine maintenance on coating tools and equipment
Requirements:
• Previous experience in powder coating or a related field
• Ability to read and follow work orders accurately
• Strong focus on details and quality control
• Comfort with hand tools and production machinery
• Good collaboration and problem-solving abilities
