Join FV Gleaners as a Production Assistant Manager, leading production operations in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and involving hands-on volunteer supervision and quality control.

In this full-time role, the Production Assistant Manager will partner with the Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations. You will handle workstation setup and ensure efficient product flow, all while engaging with dedicated volunteers. A passion for helping others and the ability to perform physical tasks is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workstation setups and manage workflow

• Conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle

• Oversee and assist volunteers during operational hours

• Handle physical tasks, including lifting barrels

• Obtain necessary certifications promptly

Requirements:

• Physical fitness for active responsibilities

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Agreement to FVG’s Statement of Faith

• Completion of criminal checks and training modules

• Dedication to a full-time schedule
