Operate CNC equipment on BD Diesel Performance’s day shift in Abbotsford, using G Code, precision measurement, and mechanical aptitude.
BD Diesel Performance seeks an experienced CNC Machinist or Operator for its production-oriented machine shop. The work includes CNC milling or lathe operations, drawing interpretation, quality inspection, and routine equipment maintenance. You will help meet production targets while participating in continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret drawings for CNC equipment operation
- Maintain quality while meeting production targets
- Inspect parts with precision measuring equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Minimum five years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with vertical, horizontal milling, or CNC lathes
- Knowledge of G Code and machine tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
