Who We're Looking For:

4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry

Experience managing digital and traditional advertising campaigns with measurable results

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and related marketing platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Experience with graphic design, video editing, or creative production considered an asset

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of dealership operations, inventory merchandising, and automotive marketing considered an asset

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation:$70,000-$100,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth

Create targeted promotions, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies to meet monthly objectives

Manage digital and traditional advertising channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, print, radio, and direct mail

Maximize manufacturer co‑op advertising opportunities and ensure compliance with OEM requirements

Manage social media content, engage with online communities, and support dealership reputation management

Maintain and optimize website content, user experience, and SEO performance

Manage online vehicle listings and ensure inventory descriptions, photos, and videos are accurate and compelling

Coordinate dealership events, community sponsorships, vehicle launches, and promotional activities

Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROI, cost per lead, cost per sale, engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to dealership leadership
