This key role, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Director, involves leading marketing efforts across multiple brands and supporting the Private Label business.

Your role will focus on driving alignment among departments while taking ownership of brand direction. You'll thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere where innovative ideas contribute to shaping the brands’ futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand strategies for Silver Hills Corporate and its Bakery division

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other functions for alignment

• Produce consistent branding materials and manage social media efforts

• Oversee the marketing budget and trade show strategies

• Lead, coach, and enhance team capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years in marketing or communications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Proven leadership of teams

• Solid marketing and project management skills

• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
