Position: Marketing Development Manager Role
Lead the strategic marketing initiatives for Service Master Restore of the Fraser Valley as the Marketing Development Manager.

Your role focuses on building relationships and enhancing brand visibility in disaster restoration.

In this hands-on managerial position, you will craft strategies for client engagement and oversee outreach efforts, working closely with project managers and the leadership team. Your proactive organization and industry awareness are essential as you navigate community-focused events and pursue new business opportunities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with property managers and insurance agents

• Maintain CRM records of visits and prospects

• Coordinate event participation for Project Managers

• Monitor opportunities with schools and commercial entities

• Support weekly adjuster communications and schedules

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in business development or marketing

• Effective leader with external relationship management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Valid driver’s license and clear abstract required
