Make an impact with our Regional Marketing team as a Sr. Coordinator. This role is responsible for translating regional business priorities into integrated, full-funnel go-to-market strategies and marketing programs that build brand awareness, strengthen client engagement and generate qualified growth opportunities. Working closely with the Regional Managing Partner , n iche leaders and national marketing teams, the RMM leads the development, execution and optimization of data-driven marketing programs that position MNP as a T rusted A dvisor and accelerate business growth across the region , niches and client segments.

• Accountable for taking a highly collaborative approach to working with regional stakeholders to translate business objectives into an integrated go
  -to-market (GTM) strateg y fo r the region
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsor ships, client programs, and business development initiatives
• Support annual marketing planning, budget development, tracking, and reporting
• Collaborate with service and client group leaders to support client retention, referral mapping, targeted pursuit strategies, and account-based marketing initiatives
• Develop creative campaign briefs and coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, website, advertising, direct marketing, and publicity channels
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, media contacts, vendors, sponsorship partners, and key marketplace influencers
• Measure and optimize marketing performance through data, insights and KPI reporting to maximize business impact and ROI
• Measure and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Maintain regional marketing assets, promotional materials, databases, client lists, and event resources while ensuring alignment with MNP brand standards
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior marketing resources and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
• Support special projects and regional initiatives as required
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in in marketing, communications, event planning or other related field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
• Professional services industry experience, including corporate writing experience is considered an asset
• Strong Project Management, presentation and reporting skills
• Possess business development skills and knowledge
• Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Database Marketing Software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience with web, digital and social media platforms
• A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
