As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct, person-centered care for patients in need of renal services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on admission

• Develop and modify care plans in collaboration with the care team

• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks to support staff

• Teach patients and families about health maintenance

• Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in B.C.

• 2 years’ relevant clinical nursing experience

• Post-graduate coursework in Nephrology preferred

• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
