This casual LPN role allows you to implement the Wellness Model of Care effectively. Partner with the Wellness Manager to navigate complex cases and develop comprehensive care plans. Your empathetic approach will ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents while fostering independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care as per BCLNP Standards

• Evaluate resident care plans and wellness

• Manage consultations regarding complex medical issues

• Support and guide team members in their tasks

• Keep accurate documentation of resident health

Requirements:

• LPN Diploma from an accredited institution

• Current membership with BCCNM

• First Aid Certification up to date

• Food Safe Certification must be current
