Join the Baptist Housing team to provide essential care in our Assisted Living Community. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services and collaborating with our Wellness Manager to ensure a high standard of care. Your ability to communicate effectively will enhance resident interactions and strengthen support efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide necessary treatments

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans

• Mentor team members and facilitate positive relations

• Maintain detailed resident documentation and reports

• Respond to emergencies and promote health and safety

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse Diploma from an accredited institution

• Good standing with BCCNM

• Valid First Aid and Food Safe certifications

• Compassionate communication skills and teamwork experience

• Knowledge of resident care protocols in assisted living
