Position: RN Clinical Mentor for Fraser Health
Enhance nursing practice with Fraser Health as an RN Clinical Mentor. This pivotal role focuses on mentorship and training, crucial for high-quality patient care in the Medicine sector.

In this key position, you will function as a clinical mentor, resource, and advisor, providing real-time mentorship and delivering educational support to nursing staff. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of clinical excellence while addressing the unique learning needs of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a clinical resource and advisor to nursing staff

• Facilitate staff training and onboarding processes

• Observe, assess, and enhance nursing skills

• Collaborate on establishing learning priorities and initiatives

• Support evidence-based practice and client care delivery

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Minimum of three years relevant nursing experience

• Proven experience mentoring nursing teams

• Leadership training or equivalent background

• May require a valid BC Driver’s License
