Perinatal Nursing Team Member

Serve as a pivotal Registered Nurse on a dynamic team specializing in Perinatal care. Provide comprehensive patient care and foster family education in a supportive maternity environment.
This role is vital for delivering person-centered care to childbearing patients. You will engage in hands-on nursing assessment and care planning, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to maternal and neonatal health. Develop your skills further while working in a rich learning environment until at least July 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions and care needs

• Collaborate with families to establish care plans

• Teach essential health promotion and self-care strategies

• Document assessments and nursing interventions meticulously

• Engage in quality improvement and education initiatives
Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program with BCCNM licensure

• 1 year of relevant perinatal clinical experience

• Basic Rescuer (Level

C) and NRP certifications mandatory

• Excellent communication and teaching abilities

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
