We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in the Operating Room. This role requires assessing patients, planning interventions, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create nursing care plans

• Work with patients from admission through recovery

• Monitor and address patient safety and risk factors

• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies

• Gather data for quality improvement efforts
Requirements:

• Approved Nursing degree with current BCCNM registration

• At least one year of clinical nursing experience

• Post-graduate coursework or certification

• Exceptional communication and technical skills

• Ability to handle emergency situations
