Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support nursing staff through hands-on clinical guidance

• Serve as a resource for clinical standards and nursing processes

• Evaluate and enhance staff learning experiences

• Advocate for effective client care decision-making

• Assess learning needs and drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with BCCNM

• Three years of relevant Mental Health nursing experience

• Demonstrated mentoring capabilities

• Leadership training or relevant education

• Possible requirement for a BC Driver’s License
