Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care Unit

Fraser Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in Cardiac Inpatient Units. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with the interprofessional care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and gather comprehensive health data

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients

• Collaborate with families to encourage involvement in care decisions

• Teach patients about health and wellness to support recovery

• Document patient care accurately and meet practice standards

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Nursing School

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Experience in cardiac monitoring or telemetry

• Completion of related critical care courses

• Basic Rescuer Certificate held
