Position: Nurse for Colon Screening at Fraser Health

In this Registered Nurse position, you will coordinate care for patients undergoing colon screenings at Fraser Health. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, collaborating with health care teams, and educating participants and families on screening procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care and assessments for colon screening patients

• Conduct patient education on screening processes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective outcomes

• Analyze patient data and maintain records accurately

• Participate in program evaluation and improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the relevant field

• Current registration as a nurse with BCCNM

• BC Driver’s License for business travel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
