In this vital role at Fraser Health, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care within a diverse health environment. Your one year of recent acute care experience will support you as you utilize a culturally competent framework to address patients' needs. Collaborating with other health professionals, you will also play an integral part in advocating for patient rights and facilitating continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and deliver patient-centered care in palliative settings

• Collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school

• One year of relevant acute care or palliative experience

• Current BCCNM registration

• Demonstrated palliative care knowledge

• Ability to communicate effectively in various situations
