Position: RN Mentor for Clinical Skills & Practice
Join a regional health organization in Abbotsford as a Part Time RN Mentor focused on enhancing clinical skills and practices. Support nursing staff through mentorship while promoting quality patient care.
In this role, you will collaborate with teams and facilitate the professional development of nursing colleagues. The ideal candidate will have current RN registration in BC and three years of relevant experience, driving improvement and excellence in patient care across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor nursing staff on clinical skills and practices

• Facilitate ongoing professional development

• Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams

• Promote adherence to quality patient care standards

• Support nursing staff with best practice implementation
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license in good standing in BC

• At least three years of relevant experience in nursing

• Proficient in communication and teamwork

• Passion for nurturing skill development

• Dedication to maintaining high-quality patient care
