• Assess and evaluate patient care pre, intra, and post-dialysis

• Contribute to individualized plans during multidisciplinary meetings

• Organize and prioritize client care plans effectively

• Facilitate teaching strategies for client understanding

• Document care and report changes in patient conditions

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and approved Practical Nursing program completion

• One year of related experience in acute care

• Current registration with BCCNM

• CPR Level C and First Aid certification

• Ability to communicate and work independently
