Position: Multidisciplinary Nurse - Tabor Village
Join Tabor Village as a Multidisciplinary Nurse, focusing on holistic resident care and effective leadership. This RN role demands proactive communication and teamwork for optimal health outcomes.

In this critical position, you will lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure resident care plans are comprehensively developed and executed. Your work will include overseeing medication dispensing, family communications, and training new staff members. Actively support resident engagement and satisfaction through innovative care approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement nursing care plans effectively

• Lead Care Conferences and communicate changes to families

• Assess and document each resident’s needs accurately

• Maintain safety protocols and quality improvement standards

• Provide direct resident care and support for staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing or similar qualification

• At least two years in residential care settings

• Good standing with BCCNM

• Knowledge of Fraser Health policies and practicum

• Current First Aid certification and vaccinations
