Key Responsibilities- Assess and implement nursing care for assigned patients
- Collect patient information through observation and assessment
- Communicate and consult with healthcare team members
- Advocate for patients' rights and dignity
- Document relevant patient observations accurately
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Two years of recent medical nursing experience
- One year in a hospice or palliative setting preferred
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Strong communication and organizational skills
