Your role includes everything from wound care to patient assessments, ensuring you deliver personalized support. The position also involves documenting care plans and participating in ongoing education for fellow nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient care plans collaboratively

• Provide comprehensive nursing interventions and assessments

• Maintain accurate documentation for quality improvement

• Facilitate care planning communication with physicians

• Train and mentor nursing staff and students
Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse

• One year recent experience in gerontological nursing

• Current Level 1 First Aid certificate

• Ability to perform nursing duties physically
