Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement nursing care for patients

• Collect patient information through thorough assessment

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Minimum of two years medical nursing experience

• One year experience in hospice or palliative care preferred

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Strong communication and organizational skills
