Position: Nursing Leadership Role at Tabor Village
Take charge of resident care as a Nursing Leader at Tabor Village. This Registered Nurse position emphasizes effective teamwork, communication, and innovative care strategies.

You will function under the Director of Care, overseeing a team while ensuring quality resident experiences through personalized care plans. Engage with families and healthcare professionals closely to adapt to changing resident needs. Your expertise in nursing will also extend to providing education and support to new staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead resident care assessments and care plan development

• Coordinate with doctors and family for care continuity

• Facilitate staff training and continuous improvement efforts

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

• Deliver hands-on nursing care including medication and wound care

Requirements:

• BSN or equivalent nursing education

• Minimum two years’ experience in a geriatric setting

• Active BCCNM membership and First Aid certified

• Proficiency with healthcare software and guidelines

• Fully vaccinated for resident safety
