Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care throughout dialysis

• Collaborate on care plans with multidisciplinary teams

• Respond to changing client needs within scope

• Provide medication education and administer medication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and completed Practical Nursing program

• One year of relevant nursing experience in an acute setting

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Certification in CPR Level C and First Aid

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
