As a Registered Nurse at Fraser Health, you’ll focus on providing comprehensive care within the Urgent Primary Care Centre or Primary Care Clinic. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering nursing interventions, and advocating for client needs while promoting a culturally safe atmosphere. You will work alongside health professionals to ensure seamless transitions in care and empower clients in their health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to clients with diverse needs

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with primary care providers and community resources

• Advocate for clients and educate families on treatment options

• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• One year of recent clinical experience in relevant settings

• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction

• Valid BC Driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Ability to manage diverse healthcare challenges independently
