Position: Abbotsford Full Time Registered Nurse

This Relief Registered Nurse position is available until approximately October 2026. It requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and the ability to assess, plan, and deliver top-notch patient care. Candidates with or without Nephrology certification are welcome, as Fraser Health supports continued education. Collaborate with an inter-professional team to provide comprehensive, person-centered care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough nursing assessments at patient admissions

• Collaborate in modifying care plans with families and teams

• Delegate tasks while managing nursing care priorities

• Educate patients on health management strategies

• Engage in quality improvement and educational activities

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license in effective standing with BCCNM

• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience

• Capability to initiate IV therapy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Adaptability to changing patient needs and environments
