Coordinator, Mental Health & Substance Use Services

Take a leading role in mental health care with Fraser Health as a Coordinator for Mental Health and Substance Use Services. You will oversee care delivery and enhance service efficiency across the community.

This role demands a Bachelor’s in Nursing coupled with substantial clinical experience, including supervision. As a Program Coordinator, you will manage staff and client care coordination while promoting best practices within mental health services, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise service delivery in mental health

• Align clinical priorities with available resources

• Evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship

• Implement evidence-based practices in clinical settings

• Analyze service metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and four years’ clinical experience

• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• Valid B.C. Driver’s license and personal vehicle for work

• At least two years of supervisory experience in mental health

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
