Fraser Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse for its Urgent Primary Care Centre. This role involves direct nursing care, client assessment, and collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance patient well-being. The position requires expertise in both acute and community care, with a strong emphasis on culturally safe practices and empowerment of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in urgent and primary care

• Assess clients and develop tailored care plans collaboratively

• Establish therapeutic relationships, promoting client autonomy

• Monitor and document treatment effects and client outcomes

• Advocate for clients during transitions in care

Requirements:

• Current BC RN registration with BCCNM

• One year recent clinical experience in acute or urgent care

• Valid BC Driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Strong communication skills in clinical settings

• Ability to prioritize and manage diverse healthcare needs
