Position

Full time (Night shift, 4 on 4 off, 10:30pm - 6:30am) – Casuals

• Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions.
• Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
• Support emergency staff scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
• Assess resident health status, differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings and recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, including differentiating between dementia and delirium.

• Graduated from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
• Active registration with BCCNM as an LPN.
• Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Passion for service and caring for elders.
