Fraser Health is seeking a Full Time Relief Registered Nurse for its Renal Services. This role requires a post-graduate specialty education in Nephrology. Candidates who haven't completed the program but are interested in pursuing it are encouraged to apply, as Fraser Health offers sponsorship for specialty education through its affiliated program with BC Renal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans

• Collaborate with patients and inter-professional teams

• Coordinate nursing care and assign tasks to support staff

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance

• Document patient assessments and interventions

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Two years of related clinical nursing experience

• Clinical proficiency in the designated area

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
