Position: Clinical RN/RPN at Fraser Health
Join Fraser Health in Abbotsford, B.C. as a Full Time Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. This role emphasizes psychiatric nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

As a Clinical RN/RPN, you'll be part of a dedicated healthcare team focused on person-centered and recovery-oriented care. Your expertise in nursing assessments, crisis intervention, and patient education is crucial for delivering high-quality psychiatric nursing services. You will also provide clinical leadership and engage actively in the therapeutic program of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care

• Participate in total therapeutic programs

• Collect information through observation and communication

• Document assessments and patient education accurately

• Advocate for patients’ rights respectfully

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• One year mental health experience in a relevant setting

• Current BCCNM registration as RN and/or RPN

• Knowledge of mental illness treatment and psychopharmacology

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
