Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Collaborate with RN and nephrology team members

• Educate clients on chronic disease management

• Administer medications and document observations

• Promote safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program

• One year recent experience in acute care

• Current full registration with BCCNM

• Valid CPR Level C and First Aid certificates

• Strong communication and organizational skills
