Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care aligned with BCLNP standards

• Administer treatments and continuous health assessments

• Collaborate on care plans to ensure resident wellness

• Mentor peers and foster team relationships

• Document health changes and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma from accredited institution

• Registered with British Columbia College of Nurses

• Current First Aid and Food Safe certifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
