Position: Expert Geriatric Nursing Opportunity

You will lead clinical assessments, provide essential training for healthcare staff, and promote evidence-informed practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clinical practices in treating acutely ill older patients

• Collaborate with clinical staff for effective discharge planning

• Design and refine educational materials based on audits

• Assess training needs and deliver learner-centered education

• Engage in quality improvement and research projects

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with British Columbia College

• Three years of recent gerontological nursing experience

• At least one year of leadership experience

• Access to a vehicle for business purposes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
