Fraser Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for part-time relief in Hemodialysis. Applicants should have or desire post-graduate education in the field. You will be responsible for assessing and implementing patient care, while coordinating with the Registered Nurse and nephrology team during dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient care before, during, and after dialysis

• Collaborate in individualized care planning sessions

• Respond to emergencies and patient needs within scope

• Educate clients about care plans and procedures

• Document care and maintain safety standards

Requirements:

• Completion of Practical Nursing program and post-basic Nephrology education

• Current BCCNM registration and CPR Level C certification

• Minimum of one-year experience in acute care

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and prioritize work

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
