As an RN reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and document compliance with health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident assessments and maintain care documentation

• Assist in scheduling care conferences for residents

• Supervise medication management and compliance

• Facilitate education for residents and families

• Delegate care responsibilities to Unregulated Care Providers

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse registration in British Columbia

• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers

• Strong communication and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
