Oral Surgery Registered Nurse Role

Fraser Valley Dental Specialists is searching for a Registered Nurse in Abbotsford to support oral surgery procedures. Your expertise in patient care will enhance our surgical team’s capabilities.

In this Registered Nurse role, you will prepare and manage medical equipment, conduct patient assessments, and provide essential post-operative care. Work alongside top dental specialists, engage with advanced treatment technologies, and share knowledge to ensure superior patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment and medications for surgical procedures

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and review patient history

• Provide continuous care and monitor vital signs during sedation

• Assist with post-operative care and patient discharge readiness

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with the BCCNM

• CPR, PALS, and ACLS certifications required

• Prior experience in OR, ICU, or PACU preferred

• Strong assessment skills and detail orientation essential

• Ability to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
