• Oversee resident admissions and transfers

• Conduct thorough assessments and care planning

• Administer medications, treatments, and perform wound care

• Maintain detailed electronic documentation via Point Click Care

• Collaborate with care teams and families effectively

Requirements:

• Registration with BCCNM in good standing

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification

• Proficient in electronic documentation methods

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Previous Long Term Care experience preferred
