Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and establish care plans in collaboration with teams

• Facilitate education on health maintenance and medication use

• Engage in quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Licensed RN with BCCNM registration

• At least two years of clinical nursing experience

• Graduate from a recognized nursing school

• Valid BC Driver’s License required

• Strong assessment and communication skills
